The safety of our guests, team members and actors are our highest priority. As such, we have implemented the following proactive safety precautions and are actively monitoring all required regulations and protocols.

We recommend revisiting this page the day of your visit to ensure you’re receiving the most up-to-date safety protocols.

  • We are a large, primarily outdoor venue with multiple entertainment options to eliminate crowding

    • Shops and saloons will have responsible capacity caps in compliance with state guidelines.

    • In addition to our redesigned and extended trail, we have over a dozen separate stores, saloons, restaurants and games to keep groups safe and separated but entertained.

    • Hand sanitation stations will be provided throughout the venue.

  • Social distancing

    •  Groups are required to maintain appropriate social distance at the front gate via marked indicators.

    • Only require/ allow one representative per party in line to register for trail. Social distancing indicators will be displayed here as well.

    • Chairs in large common areas will be separated and staggered to provide appropriate social distancing.

    • Guests will be separated from stage acts as marked and, in all instances, greater than 12 feet.

  • Frequent sanitation of common areas

    • High touch areas and other hard surfaces will be cleaned regularly by staff on duty.

  • Masks REQUIRED

    • In accordance with state guidelines, all guests and staff will be required to wear masks as all times inside the park.

    •  We will have basic and designer Terror Town masks will be for sale at the front gate and at various locations throughout the park.

  • Increased food and beverage service

    • Our vendors will be required to wear gloves, change them often, and will only handle food and beverage items as necessary to cook and serve to our guests.

  • Safe practices on the trail

    • Our Infamous Red Bracelet Experience is intended to be a touch experience. Unfortunately, in order to comply with state guidelines, we will not be able to incorporate touch into this season’s offering. Instead, we will ask red bracelet bearers to look for, and to follow directions from our trail employees. We’ll still have the fake blood, but other facets of the experience will require our guests to play along.

    • Our standard tour will not change. Enjoy!

  • Designated compliance team

    • We have a designated compliance officer leading a dedicated group of staffers tasked with observing crowds, issuing warnings when necessary, and responding to any guests who may display symptoms.

    • We will always accept help from our guests. If you see violations of our guidelines, or anything that might jeopardize the health and safety of our patrons, please bring it to our staff’s attention so that the issue can be quickly corrected.

  • Prominently displayed signage

    • Signs will be displayed throughout the park clearly explaining the steps we are required to ask our guests to take to maintain a safe and enjoyable operation.

  • Communication

    • We will continuously update this page to ensure that our guests know what to expect before their visit. If state guidelines are relaxed or strengthened, you can check back here for the latest.

While we are experts in all things scary, we don’t want the fear of COVID-19 taking away from your evening. We look forward to providing you with a safe and memorable experience!
